My Mary Rose

My sweet Mary Rose just turned four! I can't believe that she is so big now and that she is my baby!! It was rough getting her here, but we have been so grateful for every day that we have had with her! She is the only child that I have who I have been privileged to spend so much one on one time. She makes me laugh so much!! She accepts me and loves me for who I am and I do the same for her. I hope we will always share the same bond that we share now and I hope she will always know how much we love her! Love you               SPECIAL!!!!

Grandma Myers with Mary Rose

WHEW!!! It has been quite a while since I updated my blog!! We have been busy!! I have been dashing around town, trying to finish up Christmas shopping and cooking like a storm, and of course seeing TWILIGHT!! I have been 4 times and counting. YES I am a freak!! Thanksgiving was fun. My sister Anna came with her husband Andrew and the twins. My aunt and my cousins came. My cousin Tony brought a WONDERFUL ham and Turkey. My sister Laura came with her husband, John, and her three boys, Chad's parents came and they brought Chad's niece Emily. All of the kids got along wonderfully well and had a great time together! We Enjoyed seeing Chad's parents and spending time with them. I do indeed have a lot to be thankful for. A few days after Thanksgiving, we decorated for Christmas. A few days after that, I turned a year older and I celebrated by making gingerbread houses with some friends, the George family. Thanks guys for making it a special day!!! I have great memories of making gingerbread houses growing up and this brought them all back. The kids had fun and I think the adults did too. Christine's house won for the prettiest house. She tells me that it didn't make it though, it was eaten!! I hope everyone has a fabulous Holiday season and a very Happy new Year. Enjoy the pictures!! Love to you all, Dawn
